Coupon Codes are one of the many effective ways to attract loyal customers into buying your products. In this article we will show you on how to configure your own coupon codes in Adobe Commerce.

Format Coupon Codes:
- On the Admin Sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.
- In the Left Panel, expand the Customers Menu and select Promotions.
- In the Auto-Generated Specific Coupon Code Section, do the following steps below.
- Enter the Code Length, including its prefix, suffix, and separators.
- Set the Code Format to one of the following:
- To add a Code Prefix, enter the value that you want to appear at the beginning of all coupon codes.
- To insert a Dash Every X Characters, enter the number of characters between each dash. Coupon Codes with different dash patterns are considered to be different codes, even if the numbers are the same.
- After completing the steps, click the Save Config button.
